  By scheduling an appointment with I EMBODY BEAUTY LOUNGE, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms. Clients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in a Non-refundable deposit fee. I EMBODY BEAUTY HAVE A NO EXTRA GUEST POLICY For the comfort and relaxation of all clients, EXTRA GUESTS, INCLUDING CHILDREN, are not PERMITTED NO EXCEPTIONS. PAYMENT POLICY-I EMBODY BEAUTY Upfront Payment Required: Payment is DUE IN FULL as soon as client is seated in styling chair before service begins. NO EXCEPTIONS: Service will not proceed without full payment. I EMBODY BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. All clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while on the premises.
